When you work with Bonnie, you can expect first and foremost to be treated with kindness and compassion.  Having been doing national search for over 20 years, Bonnie has had the great fortune of partnering with thousands of individuals who were considering their own version of “what’s next.”   She helps to coach and guide people to examine their current life and career situation, their future goals and aspirations and what kind of opportunities will help them to achieve whatever is important to them.

Bonnie began her career working for a large national search firm where she gained experience in the manufacturing sector and built a national search practice.  She then transitioned to the healthcare sector partnering with hospitals and health systems filling key leadership roles nationally for many years.

In 2008, she transitioned into corporate talent acquisition leading executive search and recruitment for a top-20 super regional bank and during her tenure, the bank more than doubled in size to over $100 billion in assets and she managed a large team of Talent Acquisition managers, Search Consultants and Recruiters.

In 2015, Bonnie founded Grey Allen and grew it into a national search firm with two primary search practice specialties – financial services and manufacturing finance & operations.  Grey Allen is a part of Sanford Rose Associates, the 9^th largest search firm in the United States.

Outside of national search, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, cooking and singing lead in a competitive barbershop chorus (Buffalo Gateway Show Chorus) and quartet (Ladies First Quartet).
